At Gold House Jewellers, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item under the following terms and conditions:
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
The item must include all original packaging, tags, receipts, and certificates (if applicable).
Only non-customized, non-personalized, and non-sale items are eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom or made-to-order jewellery
Personalized products (e.g. name necklaces, engraved rings)
Sale or discounted items
Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
Items that have been worn, resized, damaged, or altered after delivery
To request a return:
Contact our customer support team within the 3-day return window.
Provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for return.
Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are only provided in cases where the item is found to be defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
